By using StormCall you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What StormCall is

StormCall is a listing and communication platform that helps linemen find storm-restoration work and helps employers find crews. StormCall is not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any work agreement. We do not guarantee jobs, pay, hours, safety, or the accuracy of any posting.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself and any call you post.
• Verify employers, pay, credentials, and job details independently before traveling or accepting work.
• Follow all applicable laws, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Don't post false, harassing, illegal, or spam content.

3. Content

You own what you post, but grant StormCall a license to display and distribute it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms. Posts shared into StormCall from other platforms must be content you have the right to share.

3a. Community conduct — zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, spam, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable. Every post can be reported (tap the ⋯ menu) and any user can be blocked. We review reports and remove violating content, and may suspend or ban offending users, within 24 hours. By posting you accept these rules.

4. Membership & billing

If paid membership is offered, pricing and any free trial are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period. Payments are handled by Stripe.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

StormCall is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Weather data is sourced from the National Weather Service and is informational only — never rely on it as your sole source for life-safety decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY / NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, work obtained through it, or reliance on any posting or weather information.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
